Jules who is the public half of Pendragon windows came across … More as a genuine person. Yes, he talked about the windows, the quality, the benefits everything you would expect a window salesman to talk about. But it was not hard selling. Pendragon Home Improvements were by no means the cheapest quote, neither were they most expensive, I had 8 windows and two doors, plus a front porch installed. The fitters that installed them were polite, and worked non-stop, very professional and very meticulous I could not be happier. The end result is that my new windows, doors and porch look stylish, they feel like quality and, I am delighted with them. Now then, I mentioned earlier that I did not buy the windows....I bought Jules, I bought the man behind the company, I made the right decision, I trusted my instincts and bought with my heart and head and not with my wallet. We showed him what we wanted and he came up with some great ideas to make the windows more open to light and less frame work. All communication was great and … More the process was really great, on fitting day I could highly recommend Craig and his brother they were polite and helpful and the quality of workmanship was great. We had one issue with the frame for our endurance door which was not down to Pendragon but it was not fitted with the correct lock places then the 2nd time not enough hinge places but this was soon rectified and Craig came and finished off the door after a 2 week wait. After making our choices Jules took some measurements and gave us a price.No hard sell at any time, just relaxed and friendly. Once we had placed the order we were allowed time to change our minds (cooling off period) Once we confirmed the order Craig the fitter came out and double checked all the measurements. 15th July 2024 we had our windows and door arive nice and early and Craig and his brother worked non stop all day in the rain to ensure the job was completed.
The new windows and especialy the new door has transformed our property and we are extreamely happy.
